CLUTCHPRO PLUS
The clutch solution for the trade
The ClutchPro Plus program by Australian Clutch Services (ACS) has been developed primarily in support of workshops looking for enhanced efficiency and value with their clutch solution.
The ClutchPro Plus program covers the majority of popular makes and models in the Australian and New Zealand market and incorporates a spigot bearing/bush and alignment tool where required with each kit.
ClutchPro is the trade focused, standard replacement brand for ACS and is developed in-house to support its extensive national distribution network.
“Our ClutchPro Plus program has been in place for several years now but we are always adding new kits to this range based on popularity within the market,” ACS General Manager, Simon Acton, said.
“This program offers exceptional value to workshops who are looking for the complete clutch solution. By incorporating the spigot bearing or bush and an alignment tool in the kit, we are saving time for the workshop and improving the efficiency of the replacement process.”
The range covers the majority of popular vehicles and has expanded into kits to suit heavy commercial vehicles.
ACS says its ClutchPro brand offers everything from complete clutch kits to specialised clutch actuation components, hydraulics and even tools.
“The ClutchPro brand really is the complete clutch solution,” Simon said.
“We have built this brand over two decades to cater to the needs of the Australian automotive aftermarket. Although our range is focused around complete clutch kits, we also offer a variety of individual clutch system accessories such as clutch forks, pivot balls, cables and hydraulics to ensure that workshops have access to these vital components if required.
“We also aim to stock as many popular products as possible in our warehouses around Australia to ensure the fastest delivery time possible in the instance the component is holding up a car on a hoist.”
The range of kits available through ClutchPro also allows for different options such as replacement flywheel, concentric slave cylinder and flywheel bolts when required.
“Our process is to analyse each individual vehicle and then develop a range of complete kits to suit with varying component inclusions,” Simon said.
“This way we are able to offer different levels of kits for each vehicle application where the workshop or vehicle owner might want additional critical components such as a concentric slave cylinder.”
The base level ClutchPro kits will include a pressure plate, friction disc and release bearing where required with high level kits also incorporating a dual mass or single mass flywheel, concentric slave cylinder, replacement bolts, spigot bearing/bush, alignment tool and even spline grease and thread lock.
