M12 FUEL INSIDER Extended Reach Pass-Through Ratchet
The M12 FUEL INSIDER Pass-Through Ratchet continues to grow Milwaukee’s ratchet offering and broader M12 FUEL platform.
A versatile tool, the M12 FUEL INSIDER Pass-Through Ratchet allows for improved access in tight spaces when completing fastening applications while working on all vehicles, including high-performance cars.
Users are able pass-through long threads to access bolts in tight spaces, reducing the need for manual ratcheting which can lead to fatigue and knuckle busting incidents.
With the inclusion and availability of multiple tool specific Anvil Adapters and a ¼” Hex Adapter, this ratchet eliminates the need for multiple tools. Allowing users to be more productive on the job.
This product aims to displace the traditional manual pass-through ratchets and restrictive Pneumatic versions currently on the market.
Key features such as an extended reach yoke, low profile socket heads and pass-through capabilities up to 15mm allows for greater access in tight working conditions.
Dual retention socket insertion ensures improved manoeuvrability, with users able to easily rotate the tool into various positions, minimising knuckle busting concerns.
The INSIDER Ratchet is a product designed with proprietary accessories for maximum access and precision work.
Each matching accessory can easily be identified through the INSIDER Brandmark, with Milwaukee stating that having proprietary accessories allows it to provide a whole solution to end users, in “a testament to our holistic development approach.”
Whilst accessories come with the tool, each accessory can be purchased separately, offering greater diversity of choice.
Maximum performance and power is delivered through a small compact head with a Peak Torque up to 81.3 Nm (60 ft-lbs) and a maximum RPM of 350.
The extended reach neck allows ultimate access and reduced knuckle busting while an extended paddle switch allows for multiple grip positions increasing manoeuvrability.
With this tool, Milwaukee says you can complete more jobs faster using one tool with multiple interchangeable drive sizes: ¼”, ⅜”, ½” and ¼” Hex available.
Also included are 13PC Metric INSIDER Pass-Through Sockets in sizes 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17,18, 19 and 21; with Pass-Through capabilities up to 15mm. An SAE socket set is available as an additional accessory.
Meanwhile, dual LED lights illuminates the work area no matter the rotation of the tool body or head, and sockets can be inserted into both sides of the tool to eliminate the trigger from impeding access.

M18 FUEL ½” High Torque Impact Wrenches
Milwaukee’s next gen M18 FUEL ½” High Torque Impact Wrench is said to be a testament to the company’s commitment to improving end users’ lives by addressing key tool frustrations by providing a solution with enhanced application capabilities.
Milwaukee Tool says the new ½” High Torque Impact Wrench provides improved application speed and output when pairing the new Friction Ring version with the all-new REDLITHIUM FORGE 6.0Ah Battery.
It provides up to 1,627 Nm of fastening torque and 2,170 Nm of nut-busting torque – 136Nm more when compared to Milwaukee’s general 5.0ah battery pairing with the same tool. 
The FORGE 6.0Ah battery pack provides similar power to a High Output 12.0 battery but in a 30 percent smaller and 40 percent lighter battery pack.  
The next gen High Torque Impact Wrench has an all new battery isolation system, which reduces the overall battery wobble effect, improves battery draw capacity and terminal durability across all M18 Battery pairings.
These new ½” High Torque Impact Wrenches come in at a length of only 193mm, offering maximum power density in a ½” unit.
Paired with all new proprietary anvil material increases the durability of the impact wrenches even during the most intense application types.

M18 REDLITHIUM FORGE 6.0Ah Battery
The FORGE batteries have been redesigned from the ground up with the latest breakthrough in cell technology, pack construction and electronics resulting in more power and increased durability, explains Milwaukee Tool.
The FORGE battery allows for maximum tool performance due to its ability to deliver the most power. This battery is designed for high draw tools and heavy demand applications.
FORGE reportedly offers users increased power output, and the longest life and fastest charge of all the Milwaukee batteries to date.
Users can expect faster application speeds and the ability to complete more demanding applications.
The M18 REDLITHIUM FORGE 6.0Ah Battery has pouch cell technology, which allows for high power but in a small lightweight and ergonomic solution, making it perfect for use in the workshop or at the racetrack.
Milwaukee says this is perfect for tools such as the new ½” high torque impact wrench where user fatigue can be an issue.
The FORGE batteries also run cooler so users can push them harder and longer without the fear of overheating the battery pack.
When paired with the new M18 Dual Bay Super Charger, one M18 REDLITHIUM FORGE 6.0Ah Battery will charge to 80 percent capacity in only 15 minutes, says Milwaukee – this means less time managing batteries and more time getting the job done. And charging to 100% takes only 25 mins (i.e. an additional 10mins from 80% to 100%) as it will trickle charge the last 20%.
