RYCO TAKES ON ALLERGY SEASON

Allergy season may be in full swing, but that doesn’t mean drivers need to suffer once they are in their vehicle

Ryco wants to remind mechanics there’s a simple solution to prevent pollen and allergens entering a vehicle’s cabin.
It says Ryco’s N99 MicroShield Cabin Air Filters will protect drivers and passengers with its unique three-layer media technology.
The first layer consists of a polyphenol anti-viral layer with natural polyphenol extracts, eliminating H1N1/H3N2 virus, bacteria, pollen and allergens. It is this layer that prevents those sneezing fits while driving.
Layer two has an activated carbon odour and gas absorption/barrier, preventing bad smells and noxious odours from entering the cabin.
Finally, the third layer has a medical grade melt-blown electro-statically charged 0.3 micron layer, catching the smallest of contaminants, and providing drivers with the cleanest air possible.
In addition to being great in the spring, Ryco’s N99 MicroShield Cabin Air Filters are flame retardant, making them the perfect addition heading into the summer bushfire season.
Inhibiting combustion when exposed to embers, sparks, or open flames as the media is impregnated with non-toxic fire-retardant resin*, they reduce the ability of the media to support combustion.
Tested in Australia’s only dedicated filtration laboratory to meet the harshest Australian conditions, Ryco says its N99 MicroShield Cabin Filter is the perfect filter to prevent contaminants from penetrating a driver’s or passenger’s respiratory system.
