Brad Gannon has started 2025 in his new role as Group CEO of Capricorn

It is an honour and a privilege to be writing this column as the new Group Chief Executive Officer of Capricorn.
Capricorn is a special organisation. Every day we have the opportunity to make a difference to the Capricorn Community of Members, Preferred Suppliers and the wider industry.
I have been a part of the Capricorn team for 17 years, with the last five spent as Chief Executive Officer of our Automotive division.
While the organisation has experienced remarkable growth over this time, it has always remained committed to its purpose – supporting our Members to build stronger businesses.
This heritage of 50 years is something I am proud to build on for the next 50.
I am thrilled to have several new Executive Members joining me in 2025.
Andrew Zadow is our new Chief Executive Officer Trade. Andrew’s been part of Capricorn for the last four years, recently as our Head of Products. The Trade division is responsible for Capricorn Member Relations and Services, excluding those related to Capricorn Mutual.
Steve Edgar is our new Chief Development Officer. Steve has also been a part of Capricorn for the past 18 months, recently as Head of Supply. Our Development/Growth division supports our Preferred Suppliers and looks at different ways we can support our Community in a changing automotive landscape.
Together with the rest of the Capricorn Team, Andrew, Steve and I are committed to leading Capricorn forward.
