NAPA PARTNERS WITH PREMIAIR RACING

The organisations will once again team up for the 2025 Supercars season

NAPA says it is pleased to confirm that it will support Queensland-based Supercars squad PremiAir Racing in 2025.
After partnering with the emerging team for the final round of last year’s championship at the Vailo Adelaide 500, NAPA and the team have agreed to a new deal that sees the famous blue and yellow NAPA brand appear on the team’s two Chevrolet Camaros in 2025, driven by James Golding and new team recruit Richie Stanaway.
“NAPA is thrilled to be on the journey with Peter (Xiberras – team owner) and PremiAir Racing in 2025,” GPC Asia Pacific, Executive General Manager – Marketing, Mitch Wiley, said.
“Having worked with the team at the Vailo Adelaide 500 in 2024, it was clear that our brands and businesses would be a great fit.
“We have some amazing experiences planned with PremiAir Racing for our NAPA customers during the 2025 season.”
The team enjoyed a breakout season in 2024, recording their first pole position and seeing James finishing inside the top 10 in the championship.
The top 10 season result was the highest place that the team has recorded in just its third year in the competitive championship.
“Partnering with a globally respected brand like NAPA is a tremendous step forward for PremiAir Racing,” PremiAir Racing Team Owner, Peter Xiberras, said.
“NAPA’s support enhances our team’s visibility on the track and fuels our ambitions as we continue to challenge at the top of the Supercars Championship.
“We’re excited to see what we can achieve with the NAPA brand adorning our Camaros in 2025.”
The NAPA brand, also a relative newcomer to the Australian automotive aftermarket scene having arrived in 2019, has a long history as a supporter of motorsport.
The brand has been seen in American NASCAR, IndyCar, Sprintcars and Drag Racing in the
past, with its best achievements coming in 2016 when it won the Indy 500 with Alexander Rossi and the NASCAR Cup Series with Chase Elliott in 2020.
NAPA currently supports Brad Sweet in the High Limits sprintcars series in America, as well as a three-car British Touring Car team Motorbase Performance.
