ACS LAUNCHES NEW PERFORMANCE UPGRADES
The new upgrades were unveiled at SEMA 2024
Australian Clutch Services (ACS) recently exhibited its US performance brand at SEMA Show 2024 in Las Vegas.
The XClutch brand is US specific and based on the Xtreme Clutch brand in Australia and New Zealand, covering an extensive range of performance clutch kits and accessories for street and motorsport applications.
XClutch launched several new kits at the show including a 184mm triple plate race upgrade for the Porsche 996/997 GT2, GT3 and Cup Car and a new 240mm single plate upgrade for the A90 GR Supra that has been designed to fit the factory dual-mass flywheel.
XClutch also launched several new kits specifically for the US market including an upgrade for the Jeep Gladiator and several new street and motorsport kits to suit the Dodge Neon SRT-4.
“SEMA Show is the ideal opportunity for us to launch our new performance upgrades to the world,” ACS General Manager, Simon Acton, said.
“This year we were able to launch several exciting new kits at the show and we received great feedback from our distributors and the wider automotive community.
“Our engineering team have been working hard to develop these upgrades based on feedback we received from the market, and we are looking to cover both popular and niche vehicle applications to ensure there is a performance clutch solution in the market for these vehicle owners.”
ACS is now offering these performance upgrades in the Australian market under the Xtreme Clutch banner and expect to see great interest.
“The new upgrade to suit the A90 GR Supra is ideal for high performance street cars
that require an increase in torque capacity
whilst maintaining drivability for daily use,” Simon said.
“We are also expecting to see interest in the 184mm triple plate race clutch for the Porsche, mainly for 996 and 997 cup car owners who are looking for a lightweight clutch solution for these vehicles being used for dedicated race use.”
ACS has been distributing the XClutch brand for more than seven years in the US, with the kits now distributed through a national distribution network including major wholesale channels and independent specialists.
