BULLETPROOF SAFETY
LED Autolamps says its Bulletproof Series is revolutionising trailer safety
For over two decades, LED Autolamps says it has been at the forefront of innovation in vehicle lighting, earning a reputation for reliability and excellence.
It is now excited to introduce its newest breakthrough: the Bulletproof series of trailer lamps.
This collection features three universally sized models, each boasting a fresh, modern design combined with “unmatched” durability.
“The Bulletproof series immediately captivates with its sleek, innovative design,” LED Autolamps National Sales Manager, Ashley Piper, said.
“The standout feature is its distinct blackened, lens-free look, ensuring full functionality without compromising style.”
The 210 series, designed specifically for boat trailers, integrates Stop/Tail/Indicator functions, a Reflex Reflector, and a concealed licence plate lamp.
The 211 and 212 series enhance trailer visibility with Stop/Tail/Indicator functions and an inbuilt Reflex Reflector, catering to a wide range of trailer types.
Crafted for the toughest conditions, the Bulletproof series by LED Autolamps was engineered with resilience in mind.
“We’ve adopted a robust polycarbonate build and encapsulated the LEDs and circuitry in a flexible, black resin designed specifically for extreme durability,” Ashley said.
“This commitment to quality ensures that the 210, 211, and 212 series can withstand shock, vibration, and environmental challenges, including UV, acid, alkali, and saltwater exposure, surpassing Australian Road standards and achieving ECE approvals.
“LED Autolamps is so confident in the durability and performance of the Bulletproof series that we offer an unprecedented 10-year warranty. This guarantee reflects our trust in the protective resin and rigorous IP68-rated testing the products undergo.”
The Bulletproof range is available in three sizes to cater to various trailer needs: the 210 series for boat trailers, the compact 211 series, and the rectangular 212 series for small to medium trailers.
LED Autolamps explains that each model is equipped with stainless steel fittings and tinned copper wiring for exceptional environmental resistance and longevity.
Operating at 12 Volts, these lamps meet ECE R10 EMC standards, minimising electrical interference.
As part of the ECCO Safety Group, LED Autolamps says it adheres to the highest quality standards, with ISO9001:2015 certification and IATF16949:2016 accreditation for its main production facility.
LED Autolamps says this ensures consistent product quality, exceptional service, and reliable supply, backed by expert technical support and dedicated after-sales care.
The 210 series is available in a twin retail blister pack and as single units for OEM manufacturers. A comprehensive 10-metre lamp and cable kit is also offered, providing everything needed for trailers up to 10 metres. The 211 and 212 series come in twin retail blister packs and single units for OEMs.
