Valeo’s latest range of fully automatic refrigerant refill stations includes the highly advanced ClimFill Pro machine.
The ClimFill Pro is an air conditioning refill station that ADRAD says provides outstanding and long-lasting charging performance for workshop operators.
A clever feature of this machine is its ‘ClimFill Lock’ feature which uses eco-patented couplers to avoid loss of refrigerant and prevents outside air from entering the station’s tank or the vehicle’s air conditioning system.
Automatic operations include Refrigerant Recovery and Injection; Oil Weighing; UV Dye Injection and Hose Compensation.
Advanced technology means the station adapts charging automatically in all conditions (even in the most extreme, says ADRAD).
To make recharging fast and accurate, the ClimFill Pro can access vehicle specification data that allows it to automatically recover and inject the correct amount of refrigerant, oil and dye.
The machine can also use saved or customised settings or be operated in manual mode. Additional features include:

The tank allows for 12.5 kg operating capacity and an oil care valve protects fresh oil from humidity.
The ClimFill Pro is compatible with electric compressor systems found in certain applications including some hybrid or electric vehicles.
Additionally, ClimFill Pro can be converted to the new HFO 1234yf refrigerant using a conversion kit (optional).
