COOLDRIVE LAUNCHES CAREER ADVANCEMENT PROGRAM

Successful participants will receive a Diploma of Leadership and Management

CoolDrive Auto Parts has launched a Career Advancement Program for its internal team members, to be run in partnership with EDB Training in Queensland.
Scheduled to run for 18 months, successful participants of the new program will receive a Diploma of Leadership and Management at the program’s conclusion.
“CoolDrive is invested in and committed to training and developing our internal team members,” CoolDrive Auto Parts General Manager – Training and Development, Scott Williamson, said.
“This new program will assist them with their personal and professional growth, and to also give them the opportunity to experience different areas of our growing business.
“The inaugural group consists of eight, peer nominated first class team members, from across all locations in the CoolDrive business, including New Zealand, with our intention to build another group in the near future to enable peer support and mentoring opportunities.
“This new program is only a small part of the wider training offered to team members at CoolDrive and will assist us in our goal of becoming an employer of choice, particularly for those people in the industry looking for change or a fresh start.”
