Terry Cheal has been with the company since 1993

The Don Kyatt Group has celebrated the 30-year service anniversary of its Sydney Branch Manager, Terry Cheal, in May.
Starting with the company in 1993, Terry began in the warehouse of the New South Wales branch and shortly afterwards, moved into Parts Interpreting.
He then worked his way up to Assistant Manager, and then Branch Manager of the company’s entire New South Wales operations, a title he has now held for 19 years.
Sydney is the largest branch of the company, and has recently moved to a brand new, purpose-built, state of the art facility in Marsden Park – a project that was overseen by Terry throughout multiple lockdown periods to finally reach completion in early 2022.
During this time, and throughout the rest of his tenure with Don Kyatt Spare Parts, the company says Terry has continued to handle the many daily challenges faced by a manager with a great deal of calmness and respect, all while building a dynamic, young team who have continued to set new standards for the company in New South Wales.
“Terry has been an incredibly consistent force for our New South Wales operation,” Don Kyatt General Manager, Brent Hutchinson, said.
“He has a way with people that is consistently very endearing and is always solution focused with every challenge.”
