Auto Talent says it is taking the lead

In an industry that thrives on innovation and leadership, Auto Talent says its proud sponsorship of the Australian Automotive Aftermarket Awards’ Women at the Wheel Award is a testament to the company’s commitment to fostering gender diversity and empowerment within the automotive sector.
This prestigious award aims to spotlight an individual who is a role model and an inspiration to others.

“Our support for this award reflects our belief in the power of leadership and mentorship to inspire change.”
Brooke’s passion for recruitment and the automotive sector has positioned her company as a catalyst for change, driving an agenda for equality and recognition.
This passion was recognised when Auto Talent received the Sourcr Best Recruiter, Automotive, VIC award in 2023.
Under Auto Talent’s sponsorship, the Women at the Wheel Award aims to celebrate and acknowledge the outstanding achievements of women in the automotive aftermarket.
“By highlighting the success of women in our industry, we hope to inspire future generations and pave the way for a more inclusive and equitable automotive community,” Brooke said.

Brooke’s commitment to these principles is clear.
“It is about more than achieving personal success. It is about lifting others as we climb, creating pathways for women in the automotive industry, and challenging the status quo,” Brooke said.
