FORD NINE-INCH CUT-TO-FIT AXLES

Aeroflow Performance says these axles offer strength and customisation

Aeroflow Performance says its Ford Nine-Inch Cut-To-Fit Axles are perfect for entry-level users looking to build a custom-width rear end with ease.
Constructed from induction heat-treated forged 4140 steel, Aeroflow Performance states these axles feature a natural finish and are sold individually, making them a versatile solution for racers and street enthusiasts alike.
Axle length is measured from the flange to the end of the splines. Each axle is pre-drilled for a five on 4-1/2” wheel bolt pattern and includes both 7/16” and 1/2” wheel studs with a 0.610” (15.49mm) knurl diameter.
Designed to fit new-style big bearing ends measuring 3.150” (80mm) with a 2.5” (63.50mm) offset, these axles feature a hub pilot measuring 3.055” (77.59mm) and a flange diameter of 5.93” (150.62mm).
Engineered for strength and durability, the axles boast an axle core hardness of HRC 24-28 and a surface hardness exceeding HRC 52.
Available in 28-spline configurations with lengths of 28” (711.20mm) and 32” (812.80mm), each axle provides a four-inch (101.60mm) spline length for secure engagement.
Each axle kit includes:
• One x Cut-To-Fit axle
• Five x 7/16” wheel studs
• Five x 1/2” wheel studs
• One x Axle retaining plate
