HSY AUTOPARTS TO CELEBRATE THE INDUSTRY
A festival style event will be held in May
hsy autoparts says it is proud to be celebrating the European automotive repair industry with an exciting event on Saturday the 27th of May at the impressive facilities of The Timber Yard in Port Melbourne.
“We’re thrilled to be hosting the first of a planned national EVOLVEAuto Festival series,” hsy autoparts National Sales and Marketing Manager, Nick Redmond, said.
“We are looking forward to bringing automotive workshop owners, technicians and the next generation from our TAFEs together for an afternoon of fun, food, and engagement.
“Our partners, including Bosch, ZF, Ate, Schaeffler, Liqui Moly, Mahle and Hella Gutmann will be on display with an exciting arrangement of dynamic and informative displays, including presentations – there will be something for everyone including the family.”
hsy – which celebrates 60 years of operation in Australia this year – has a proud history of hosting events within the European specialists’ repair segment.
hsy says it has grown year on year with a focus of building strong and lasting relationships – not just providing customers with replacement parts, but building links between global part manufacturers, the hsy team and importantly, the local repair industry.
The festival is also supported with key partners including the Australian Automotive Aftermarket Association, WorldSkills, and Capricorn bringing to the afternoon a series of informative presentations, breakout sessions and the opportunity to mingle together whilst enjoying a festival setting.
The unique facilities of The Timber Yard will showcase not only hsy industry partners, but an afternoon of lawn games, entertainment, food vendors and drinks.
“Our industry relies on strong relationships and the sharing of information to navigate the ever-changing landscape,” Nick said.
“Many of the manufacturing partners working with hsy for the festival are also part of our latest customer portal, the hsyHUB – a developing source of information and training direct from the manufacturer and tailored to our European repair segment, available online and on demand.
“The hsy festival series is a unique opportunity for our industry to come together and celebrate amongst leading part manufacturers and industry support groups.
“This festival is about people… for hsy they are our most important part. It is a chance to meet new people, make new friends, and share a great afternoon together.
“We are thrilled to be kicking off this festival series in Melbourne, and we can’t wait to see many new faces join us.”
