New fuel additives have been introduced

The Dutch additive brand JLM Lubricants has expanded its range of fuel additives with a special Heavy Duty HD range that includes Engine Oil Flush, Fuel Injection System Cleaner, and Diesel Extreme Cleaner.
The products are designed to reduce truck and agricultural vehicle maintenance time, save fuel, improve performance and reduce the need for parts replacement.
As part of the pre-launch testing, each product was tested in workshops on a range of commercial vehicles, including trucks and tractors.
JLM Lubricants says this is extremely good news for fleet managers, not least because using a high-quality additive whenever possible is better than an expensive part or a time-consuming repair where the vehicle cannot be used.
“We have already taken market share in this HD sector with our Heavy-Duty DPF particulate filter cleaner, which saves fleet owners significant costs compared to replacing a particulate filter,” JLM Lubricants Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Gilbert Groot, said.
“The particulate filter does not need to be dismantled and can be cleaned on the vehicle, which reduces the down time of the vehicle.
“It made sense to launch three more products that are perfect for heavy duty commercial vehicles – used as complementary additions during vehicle service, maintenance and repair.
“Demand for this range is fueled by the ongoing global increase in fuel prices. The operating costs of large and heavy vehicles are now unprecedentedly high.
“Our special Heavy Duty range keeps those wagons working, lowers workshop repair costs, shortens vehicle downtime and improves fuel economy.
