K AND G AUTOMOTIVE WINS AT THE 2024 LOGAN BUSINESS DISTINCTION AWARDS

The workshop took out the “Best Automotive and Transport” category

Brisbane European specialist, K and G Automotive, says it was thrilled late last year to take out the win in the Best Automotive and Transport Business category at the 2024 Logan Business Distinction Awards.
This marks a significant achievement for the family-run business, which previously won the Best Business in Logan Award in 2018.
Celebrating 17 years of operation this year, K and G Automotive says it has cemented its reputation as an industry leader, known for its expertise in servicing and repairing European brands like Mercedes, BMW, Audi, VW, Mini, and Skoda.
It says its commitment to automotive excellence, innovation, and exceptional customer care has been key to its continued success.
Behind this award-winning business are Shlomi Kuba and his wife, Einat Kuba. Shlomi is an internationally recognised mechanical engineer with over 25 years of automotive experience who continues to lead the business with a focus on delivering high-quality service and repair standards.
The business says his commitment to training his team has ensured they are all mechanical experts and Shlomi says he personally supervises all the mechanics to guarantee servicing excellence.
“Our culture is built on respect, transparency, professionalism, and teamwork,” Shlomi said.
“We are proud to lead by example and strive for excellence in everything we do.”
Shlomi says a standout aspect of K and G Automotive is its emphasis on inclusivity in a traditionally male-dominated industry.
With a culturally diverse team and a commitment to gender diversity, Tammy Wilson has been part of the mechanical team since 2013, showcasing the business’s dedication to equal opportunities and ongoing training.
“I’ve always felt respected as a female mechanic at K and G Automotive,” Tammy said.
“It is a supportive environment that feels like family, and I’m proud to work for a company that prioritises both happy customers and a positive, inclusive workplace.”
