Engine Finishing Kits
Aeroflow warns it is often easy to overlook the small details, stating that for engine builders focused on the larger components, the small parts are often forgotten until the final stages of engine assembly.
Aeroflow says that is why it has introduced its range of engine hardware finishing kits.
These kits include all necessary hardware and components needed to complete a rebuild such as dowel pins, cam bolts, woodruff keys and cam eccentrics.
Aeroflow states all of these parts are crucial to properly assembling your engine.

Welsh Plug Kits
Aeroflow Performance Welsh Plug Kits are designed for sealing up the casting core holes in the engine block.
The expansion plugs help protect against cracks caused by the pressure of frozen coolant and in regular operation will ensure that all vital fluids stay in the engine, where they belong.
These complete engine block freeze plug kits include Stainless Steel Welch plugs and steel oil gallery plugs but do not include cylinder head plugs if required.

Compact Blow-Off Valve
The Aeroflow Performance universal compact blow off valve can be used in vent to atmosphere or plum-back applications.
It is designed to keep turbo shaft speed at a maximum.
The speed of which can otherwise be greatly reduced when gears are changed or when the driver backs off the throttle; hence causing the air in the intercooler pipes to bounce back off the throttle blade and surge against the compressor wheel making it slow down and feel “laggy” when the next gear is pulled.
For use on turbocharged and supercharged applications, the body components are CNC-machined from 6061 aluminium alloy with brass internals.
The adjustable top body can be screwed in each direction to provide increased or decreased spring tension with added shims to internally adjust this for more spring tension.
An alloy and stainless weld on pipe are included in each kit. These weld on pipes lock onto the bottom of BOV via a lock ring with grub screws to secure into place and seals with a Viton O-ring.
The outlet screw in barb included in the kit is 32mm barb. Various other sizes are sold separately under Aeroflow’s plumb back barb adapter range (20mm up to 38mm).
Each kit is specifically designed to suit each make and model with all correct sizes included.
