NEW FROM AEROFLOW

A range of new products have been introduced to the market by Aeroflow

Since 2010, Aeroflow Performance Products has grown to design and manufacture close to 13,000 quality products. Amongst the latest releases are the following products.

Stainless Steel Mesh Flexible Joints
The Aeroflow range of 304 stainless steel interlock flexible exhaust joints are perfect for those wanting to soak up excess vibrations and movement caused by the engine when custom making an exhaust system.
This allows a slight amount of movement that can help when aligning or fastening exhaust flanges and V-Bands, and also soak up linear movement, as the exhaust system heats up and expands during use.
The semi-flexible section is wrapped with an external mesh to enhance strength and durability and when added to your exhaust system, it can help reduce common problems found in other flex couplers such as rattling, rubbing, and collapsing.

Billet Fuel Rails to suit Toyota 2JZ GE (non turbo)
The Aeroflow Performance 2JZ fuel rail is designed to suit all Toyota Non-Turbo 2JZ-GE engines on both the VVTi and non-VVTi models.
Proper fuel delivery is arguably one of the most critical components for those looking to make all the power they can safely.
Aeroflow says the 2JZ OEM fuel rails are incredibly restrictive and impede the fuel delivery to the injectors under high fuel pressures. It explains this is problematic for high power 2J engine builds where having consistent fuel pressure is absolutely necessary.
Manufactured with a large 18mm internal bore, Aeroflow says this fuel rail can support all necessary engine power requirements, especially with two -8ORB ports at either end and one -6ORB in the middle of the fuel rail.
The kit includes two different sets of mounting feet allowing various height fuel injectors to be used. It is designed to suit 14mm fuel injectors in either short (33mm) or 3/4” (48.6mm) length and available in either black or silver anodised.

Head Bolt Kits
Aeroflow Performance says its head bolts greatly improve your cylinder head-to-block sealing compatibilities.
This is important in engines with high power adders such as turbochargers, superchargers or nitrous. They can even be a great addition to a mildly modified build as insurance against failure.
These head bolts are manufactured from aircraft quality 8740 high tensile strength chromoly steel and cold-forged to ensure molecular integrity within the bolt.
Aeroflow says this means these bolts are rated up to 190,000 psi, making them stronger than Grade 8 and OEM fasteners. All kits come complete with hardened parallel washers for an even load distribution and accurate torque readings.

Three-Wire Electrical Terminal Bulkhead
Aeroflow Performance says its three wire electrical terminal bulkhead is a quality component used to wire fuel pump/s in your fuel cell project.
These bulkheads are designed to retrofit into all Aeroflow Performance billet triple pump hangers in place of the single electrical terminal bulkheads.
Each billet bulkhead comes with three tefzel wires either red (positive) or black (negative) through a hermetic seal wire and bulkhead M14x1.5mm nut with a Viton O-ring on both sides to ensure a leak free solution.
These three individual wires on each bulkhead can be wired to each individual fuel pump, allowing the user to stage up to three fuel pumps with this setup.
The wires are designed to go on the inside for the fuel tank/cell are terminated with the Delphi electrical terminals and the two-pin male plug included in the kit.
Unterminated wires are exposed on the outside which will allow the user to choose from Aeroflow’s range of electrical connectors depending on the application. Each wire is 14AWG which is designed to handle 30amp to supply enough juice to power all aftermarket fuel pumps.
