A range of new products have been introduced to the market by Aeroflow

Since 2010, Aeroflow Performance Products has grown to design and manufacture close to 13,000 quality products. Amongst the latest releases are the following products.

593 Series 90 Degree PTFE Hose End to Hose Ends
Aeroflow’s dual PTFE hose ends are a CNC machined one piece fitting which is said to provide uninterrupted flow.
They have been designed with dual hose ends on each end to allow for tight radius applications where a hose will not bend.
The purpose designed olive compresses into the PTFE (Teflon) inner tube for easy, leak free assembly.
Aeroflow says the mandrel bent tight radius body has superior wall thickness and a swivel head allowing for easy adjustment.
Aeroflow states that its PTFE fittings are “the choice of professionals” for use in power steering, automatic transmission, nitrous, fuel systems, cooling systems, vacuum applications, oil systems, brake and clutch lines.

XPRO Digital Ignition Controller
Aeroflow Performance explains this digital ignition controller is a microprocessor controlled capacitive spark discharge which increases the voltage across the spark plug gap.
This increase in high powered sparks ensures a complete combustion of the fuel mixture, providing a clean smooth idle and improved performance on any street car, says Aeroflow.
This single channel ignition control box can be installed on any four, six or eight cylinder engines equipped with a 12 Volt electrical system and distributor.
The wiring harness is routed out one end of the control box through a sealed and locking connector which is also available separately.
Aeroflow says this allows easy installation and keeps the wiring looking neat and tidy. The rev-limiter is located right on top of the housing for easy access to the two rotary dials to set the limit in 100rpm increments.

Vibration Mounts
Vibration isolation mounts from Aeroflow Performance are made from a metal core and rubber jacket that reduce vibration forces that can be transmitted through the chassis to a particular component.
These M6 threaded mounts are designed to prevent damage to the component and the surfaces they rest on by absorbing the kinetic energy generated during operation extending life of the unit. They are sold in a pack of four.

GM LS Copper Exhaust Gaskets
Aeroflow says its copper embossed exhaust gaskets are the perfect choice for high performance engines, especially those supercharged or turbocharged where the exhaust is pressurised and leaks are common.
It states the solid copper design will not shrink or deteriorate, causing a potential blow out and exhaust leak.
It is designed with a crimp collar which Aeroflow says outperforms other gaskets because of its sealing bead that conforms to the flange sealing surfaces and provides a leak free seal. The gaskets are sold as a pair.
