Ford Nine-Inch Axle Cut Guide Tool
Aeroflow Performance’s Ford Nine Inch axle cut guide is a tool to help determine the cut length for Ford nine-inch rear axles when narrowing the rear end.
Aeroflow says this is the easiest way to help determine cut length for Ford Nine-Inch rear axles when narrowing the rear end.
This dog bone tool is engraved with a D (driver) and P (passenger), a pinion center mark, and axle cut lines.

Turbo Scavenge Tank
Aeroflow says this neat little tank is specifically designed as a turbo oil scavenge drain or collector tank, which makes it a great tank for low mount turbocharger options or if you have a turbocharger installed in a location where a free-flowing drain hose is not possible.
This tank will allow oil to collect in this sump and be scavenged out using an oil scavenge pump (AF49-1200 sold separately) to draw the oil out of this tank and transfer it back to the engine sump.
Each side of the tank has a female -10ORB which can be used as an inlet from the drain on the turbocharger/s, with a female -10ORB which will be the feed line for the scavenge pump.
On the top of this aluminium tank is a 1/8” NPT that must be used for the system vent line which is important to stop the oil from aerating and correct operation of this scavenge system. This tank also features a 1/8” NPT drain plug for a mess free tank drain.

5500 Series Four-Inch Stainless Steel Mufflers
Aeroflow says its 5500 series mufflers are the perfect choice for today’s street driven high horsepower turbo cars where both flow for maximum performance and dB reduction are critical.
Manufactured from durable 16-gauge TIG welded 304 stainless steel, Aeroflow’s 5500 series mufflers are a packed style with perforated tube design that aids performance. Compact case dimensions will fit many applications, perfect for the single system or dual exhaust.

Steam Pipes
Aeroflow Performance’s Steam Pipes are made from the same carbon steel material pipe used in its Boosted range of turbo manifolds.
Aeroflow offers a range of different bends and straight lengths with two sizes outside diameter of 1-5/8” (42mm) with an inside diameter of 1-1/4” (31.75mm) and outside diameter 1-7/8” (48mm) with an inside diameter of 1-1/2” (38.1mm).
All steam pipe conforms to the high standards for pressure, so Aeroflow says they are great for high temp applications, allowing the end user to build their own turbo manifolds, crossover pipes and wastegates extensions.
Aeroflow says its carbon steel bends, which are also known as steampipe bends, feature a smooth inner surface and gradual direction changes in the angles help reduce the pressure losses and turbulence for the best possible flow.
All steampipe is uncoated with a raw finish so you can weld them straight out of the box.

Stainless Steel EFI Hose Clamps
Aeroflow Performance multi-application EFI clamps are used to attach and seal a hose onto a pipe fitting or barb. These fuel injection clamps are designed to provide uniform sealing pressure required for fuel injection systems.
Unlike the worm drive clamps, these have a non-perforated rolled-edge band to shield the fuel hose from perforations or damage to soft rubber fuel lines.
