REDARC’s next-gen braking control for safer, smarter towing

The next generation of electric trailer brake controllers is here, says REDARC.
Following the success of REDARC’s Tow-Pro Elite, it says the new Tow-Pro Link has been designed to make towing safer, smarter, and more streamlined.
REDARC says the Tow-Pro Link is the only trailer brake controller on the market to feature a six-axis motion sensor for smoother and safer braking.
It keeps the proven features of its predecessor, while introducing a host of new advancements.
Drivers can toggle between two braking modes – Everyday Mode for proportional braking on roads and highways, and Manual Off-Road Mode for control in challenging conditions, like steep descents or sand.
Unlike previous models, the Tow-Pro Link includes a USB-powered Wireless Remote Head with a push-button interface.
This intuitive controller features adhesive nano tape, allowing for the removal and reapplication of the controller, so it is only there when needed.
Featuring enhanced emergency braking, users no longer need to hold a button during a sway event to stabilise the trailer and potentially compromise their control of the tow vehicle.
Activated instantly through the remote head or Bluetooth-enabled phone app, SwayStop Plus will engage emergency braking until the end of the sway event with just one push of a button, allowing the driver to keep both hands on the wheel.
Engineered with installers in mind, REDARC says the Tow-Pro Link is 55 percent smaller than the leading competitor and allows for a wider range of mounting locations.
Thanks to true plug-and-play setup, installation is streamlined with no vehicle modifications required.
Combined with the Bluetooth app and USB-powered remote, REDARC reports the Tow-Pro Link reduces install time by up to 50 percent, compared to other brake controllers.
