NOCO GENIUSPRO
Professional battery chargers are offering more performance and more automation than ever before
Noco says its GeniusPro battery charger boasts an advanced architecture which pushes the limits of power efficiency for unprecedented power in an incredibly compact size.
The all-new start-voltage sensor allows the Genius to detect and charge dead batteries as low as one volt. For extremely dead batteries lower than one volt, manually turn on force mode to detect and charge batteries all the way down to zero volts.
A multi-functional design allows you to charge in more ways – you can charge multiple battery voltages (six-volt, 12-volt, and 24-volt) for lead-acid automotive, marine, and deep-cycle batteries, including flooded, gel, AGM, and maintenance-free, plus lithium-ion.
Meanwhile, the new integrated thermal sensor automatically monitors and adjusts the charging cycle based on fluctuations of ambient temperature, limiting the chance of under-charging or over-charging, providing a more accurate and fully charged battery.
Also included is a dual-voltage power supply of 12-volt (25-amp) and 24-volt (12.5-amp) to maintain constant power delivery without unwanted ripple, noise, and transient spikes during ECU flashing, reprogramming, and diagnostic testing.
The GeniusPRO50 is also equipped with a reduced charge current mode which allows the unit to operate at 10A for optimised charging of smaller batteries or continual maintenance.
A charger “that’s completely automatic,” Noco says the Genuis will safely charge any battery, detect damaged batteries, intuitively repair them, and actively monitor for long-term battery maintenance and extend battery life.
