PARTS4 AUTOMOTIVE CELEBRATES TRADE SHOW AND CONFERENCE
The bi-annual event was held in June at the RACV Royal Pines Resort
Held on the Gold Coast, the latest Parts4 Automotive Trade Show and Conference brought together members and suppliers across June 7-9.
The weekend kicked off with a Welcome BBQ dinner on the Friday night around the deck of the main resort pool.
With around 180 guests, the night was a great way to rekindle friendships of both members and suppliers from across Australia.
Saturday morning saw an early start for suppliers with set up for the all-day Trade Show starting at 7.00am and members coming through the show from 9.00am.
Parts4 Automotive reports the Trade Show was a great success for both members and suppliers who were able to talk with one another without the distraction of staff and customers.
“The buzz through the show was felt by all that attended,” Parts4 Automotive Business Development Manager, Kim Mamouney, said.
“It was great to see the interaction between members and suppliers helping each other understand the latest trends and products that will help drive their businesses into the future.
“From the feedback from both members and suppliers, some great deals were done, relationships were cultivated, and a great day was had by all.”
Saturday was concluded with a formal dinner for members and suppliers with more than 220 guests attending to share an evening together enjoying good food and company.
“Our guest speaker for the night was Wesfil Chief Executive Officer, Terry Cooper, who shared some of his wisdom on the Automotive Aftermarket industry, encouraging members and suppliers to work more closely together to ensure the industry continues to grow and develop for the benefit of both,” Kim said.
Sunday morning saw some bleary-eyed members turn up for the Parts4 Automotive AGM meeting at 9.00am.
“This is where the members got to have their say about how Parts4 Automotive is run as we are a member-owned and run buying group for independent owned auto parts shops,” Kim said.
“The mood was positive and optimistic for the future of Parts4 automotive, which started in 2001 with eight stores forming a buying group to help them compete in the automotive aftermarket industry.
“The Trade Show then continued after the AGM Meeting on Sunday for both members and suppliers who were keen to finalise those last-minute deals, while the conference finished Sunday lunch time so that all could enjoy the beautiful sunshine.
“We look forward to the next trade show in 2026, wherever that may be!”
Today Parts4 Automotive has 101 members with 103 stores in all states and territories of Australia.
“If you would like to be a part of an organisation which values you and your business, please feel free to contact Parts4 Automotive,” Kim said.
