Fuel Pump Conversion Wiring Harness to suit Nissan
Fuel pump wiring is one of the most neglected and misunderstood aspects of any performance fuel system upgrade. It is also one of the leading causes of fuel pump failure due to incorrect wiring, says Aeroflow.
This conversion wiring harness from Aeroflow Performance creates a simple and easy way to convert your factory OEM fuel pump to an aftermarket 40mm in tank fuel pump.
One end features the Nissan OEM fuel pump two pin connector which should plug into the factory wiring harness.
The other end features a Delphi 2 Pin female connector which will plug into a 40mm fuel pump such as Aeroflow’s 450LPH or 525LPH as well as popular brands like the Walbro pumps.

Twin Turbo Manifolds to suit GM LS Series
Aeroflow Performance has introduced a range of Boosted steampipe turbo manifolds, a series of pipes that collect exiting exhaust gases which can be channelled into Aeroflow’s merge collector and are perfectly matched to its Boosted range of turbochargers.
Aeroflow says its Boosted turbo manifolds are finished to the highest of standards, constructed from thick wall 3mm mandrel bent steam pipe with CNC Machined header and turbo flanges.
Each flange is machined after welding to ensure precise surface finish. Each manifold is finished with a black ceramic coating to ensure protection for external accessories and reduce under bonnet temperatures.
If you choose to do a twin turbo setup on your GM LS engine, Aeroflow has this set of universal long runner design twin turbo manifolds sold as a pair.
These are designed to be forward facing manifolds with 2.5” V-Bands attached to the front. If you like you can also flip these to have them facing towards the rear of the engine and also in both directions can be mounted in high or low configurations, this allows for a more universal option to suit a wide range of applications.

Twin Turbo Turn Up Adapters to suit GM LS Series
Aeroflow says its turbo turn up adapters are finished to the highest of standards, constructed from thick wall 3mm bent steam pipe with CNC Machined header and turbo flanges.
They are specifically designed to suit the Aeroflow Performance GM LS twin turbo exhaust manifolds AF8200-2000 and AF8200-2005.
Aeroflow says they will allow the user to mount their turbochargers in line with the outlets of these turbo manifolds in different offsets.
Alternatively, they can be rotated to any position or modified to suit your application.
They feature V-Bands on both sides of the turn up adapters – a 2.5” V-Band is welded on one end and a AF8080-1016 flange welded on the other end, to suit Boosted 4849 up to 6862 Turbochargers.
Each manifold is finished with a black ceramic coating to ensure protection for external accessories and reduce under bonnet temperatures. These turn up adapters are sold individually in two different lengths which are the same that are sold in AF8200-2010.

Turbo Gaskets to suit Subaru
The Aeroflow Performance multi-layer turbine inlet and outlet flange gaskets are designed to provide the best quality seal at the most competitive price, says Aeroflow.
Each individual layer is designed to be thinner, with Aeroflow stating this delivers increased rigidity and durability.
A uniform heat distribution is said to improve thermal transfer between the turbocharger and manifold, and all whilst providing an even distribution of clamping loads across the entire sealing surface.
