PRTC members access 10 percent discount on Optima Ultimate Street Car Challenge trade space

The AAAA’s Performance Racing and Tuning Council (PRTC) has teamed up with the Optima Ultimate Street Car event crew to provide PRTC members with a 10 percent discount on trade sites at the 15 February 2025 event at Calder Park Raceway.
Optima Ultimate Street Car (OUSC) is a unique event that tests street-registered cars against a broad range of motorsport disciplines, including hot laps of the Calder Park Raceway as well as drag racing, speed stop and motorkhana.
Each year, the event attracts more than 70 competitors in a diverse variety of vehicles and a large number of spectators. More than 50 competitors have already secured their place on the grid for the 2025 event.
“We’ve got big plans for the PRTC, and this is
just a taste of the value-add programs we’ve got in the pipeline that will be available exclusively to PRTC members,” PRTC convenor, Daniel Nelson, said.
“The deal we’ve stuck with Optima Ultimate Street Car is an excellent opportunity for PRTC members to engage with a passionate and hard-to-reach audience while enjoying a save of 10 percent on their trade space.
“One of the many highlights of the 2024 event was watching Adrian Portelli of LMCT+ fame cut laps around the challenging Calder Park Track in his amazing McLaren P1.
“Adrian enjoyed himself so much that he has since secured a shareholding in the event with big plans to grow it fast.”
Now that he is a shareholder, Adrian is committed to engaging a wider audience using his massive marketing reach to drive spectator ticket sales to a level never seen before.
Adrian wasn’t alone in having a positive experience at the 2024 event, with PRTC member, James Johnson from Mustang Motorsport, bringing a fleet of tough street cars including several customer cars.
