RYCO NANOCEL HIGH EFFICIENCY AIR FILTER
Born from a commitment to innovation
When it comes to innovations and exciting new technologies, Ryco says it is “always leading the filtration market,” stating its development of filters for the Supercars Gen3 engines was no exception.
Ryco’s aim was to develop filters that could harness Supercars technology and apply that technology to a larger range of vehicles that would see the benefits.
Ryco says it is this thinking which has led to the development of the Ryco NanoCel range.
The first in this range was the A5001R Ryco NanoCel High Efficiency Air Filter, designed to fit in the existing airbox for the Toyota LandCruiser 200 series.
The new patented honeycomb cell structure made up of nano-fibre media was the inspiration behind the name – Ryco NanoCel – for the newest addition to the Ryco range.
It incorporates a total of 4.2sqm of filtration media coupled with the unique seal design that was put to the test by Gen3 Supercars.
But Ryco engineers don’t plan on stopping here, with more Ryco NanoCel filters being designed and developed for LandCruiser 70 series, Isuzu Dmax, Mitsubishi Triton, and Toyota Hilux.
While release dates for all these new products are currently being kept under wraps, expect to see more from this range in the coming months.
For now, LandCruiser 200 series drivers get to be ahead of the pack with the A5001R, boasting both flame retardant and hydrophobic media.
Ryco state this means it will withstand both extremely dry conditions as well as wet environments such as water crossings, all without ever compromising its functionality.
The new A5001R Ryco NanoCel High Efficiency Air Filter is now available from all good Ryco stockists.
