TY OSBORNE TAKES AUTOCARE BY ‘BRAINSTORM’
Ty Osborne is encouraging businesses to adopt new technologies
Business’ who attended the ‘Marketing – how to attract the right customers through a maze of communication channels’ workshop at Autocare are already seeing the benefits of the presentation by Chief Executive Officer and Founder of BrainStorm Software, Ty Osborne.
In the presentation, Ty proposed leveraging AI to aid businesses in enhancing their effectiveness, resulting in increased efficiency, and BrainStorm reports that already, it looks like they took his advice.
One such company who adopted the technology following the event is the Western Australian based, Jentec Auto Services.
“I just wanted to express my sincere gratitude to Ty and BrainStorm for recommending that our business start using AI. Since we implemented the technology yesterday, we have already seen incredible improvements in our efficiency and productivity of all written tasks,” Jentec Auto Services Office Manager, Shannon Bonney, said.
“Tasks that used to take us days or even weeks to complete are now finished in a matter of minutes, it has totally been a game-changer for our team and has allowed us to accomplish things that we’ve been putting off for far too long.”
Another attendee who was impressed with the workshop is Automotive Marketing Specialist and Managing Director of DBC2, Dale Brittain.
“Ty was good, I really liked the fact that he spoke about workshops and wholesale models and in the room was both those markets,” Dale said.
“It was really insightful. The thing we are trying to understand is how difficult it is for workshops right now to actually use technology, and there were some good points out of that to help to understand that technology better.”
Dale states that he got a lot out of the workshop and enjoyed hearing how you can get more efficiency in business with the right technology.
“It was interesting to hear about the amount of AI based software that is out there to make simple jobs easy,” Dale said
“I think the other thing that Ty mentioned was how to get more efficiency in business, do you need as many people as you actually do, or can you repurpose that staff with the right technology. I can see a need right now for a few of my clients.”
Ty has been overwhelmed with the feedback and is looking forward to sharing more of his knowledge.
“The feedback coming out of the workshop has been incredible,” Ty said.
“I feel so humbled to have been able to share my knowledge, with not only big business but the workshop community as well. It just shows that technology can assist any company out there big or small.
“My goal this year was to help at least five companies improve from technology, so I am taking the feedback from Jentec Auto Services as a win. It was so awesome to hear from them.”
