WHEEL SERVICE EQUIPMENT

Interequip imports high quality wheel service equipment from Giuliano

Interequip says that Giuliano offers superior quality equipment at a competitive price.
Giuliano Automotive has been active in the automotive equipment field for more than 45 years as a manufacturer of tyre service equipment products including tyre changers for car, motorcycle, truck and heavy duty wheels; lifting equipment for tyre service; and wheel balancers, wheel-alignment and testing equipment.
Founded as a Corporation in 1976 in Carpi (MO), Italy, by Giuliano Maselli and other shareholders, this business enterprise was converted into a limited-liability company in 1980.
In 1981, its headquarters were moved to Correggio (RE), Italy, where the Giuliano Company is still located today.
Its first product was a tyre changer sold under the Silver brand, which reportedly gained a significant market share in just short time.
The key to its success was said to be its superior quality, combined with a highly flexible production system, capable of quickly meeting customers’ needs and providing prompt, efficient service.
In the ‘90s the company significantly expanded its range of products by adding lifting equipment and setting up its own partially internal production, while obtaining the ISO9001 quality certification in the early 2000s.
In 2004 the first generation of The Boss tyre changer was released, and thanks to constant improvement and development, nowadays the company says it has become a product of great interest to tyre service shops dealing with luxury car tyres.
This superautomatic tyre changer is equipped with an innovative automatic finger-tool to remove tyre bead without using the traditional bead lifting lever. The company says this means there is no risk of damaging the rim because there is no contact between the finger tool and rim (real no contact and leverless tyre-changer).
As a future-oriented company, Giuliano Automotive has been devoting significant resources to advanced research into new technologies and design, so as to be able to improve both safety and quality of work for professional tyre service shops, says Interequip.
Interequip offers a range of wheel servicing equipment from Giuliano Automotive to its customers, including wheel balancers such as the Giuliano S835.
This wheel balancer is said to come from a very long and distinguished line of wheel balancers designed in Italy.
Interequip says it is the end result of continuous improvement and fine tuning and features all the things that a high volume tyre store or dealership needs without a price burdened with sales features and hyped up add-ons which most operators just won’t use.
At the same time, Interequip says it is a very sturdy and accurate wheel balancer made for all day, everyday use.
Further, Interequip says one of its greatest benefits of the S835 is its ease of use and the lack of training required.
Key features include:
• 19” TFT LCD Monitor
• Automatic start and stop
• Automatic measuring of wheel diameter and distance
• Line laser indicator to point to where the alloy stick on weight needs to be positioned
• Automatic wheel width measurement by SONAR
• LED light in working area
Also available is the S825, which is a lower model without the LCD monitor and Sonar width measurement.
As well as the Giulano range, Interequip also offers an extended range of tyre equipment such as a wheel lifter for lifting heavy tyres to the table of the tyre changer, and a 12L air gun to make jobs easier.
Interequip is a professional workshop equipment supplier with a dedicated support team with over 50 years of experience.
