ZF will showcase its dedication to the local automotive industry at the AAAExpo, with product displays from its family of brands

ZF in Oceania will utilise the Australian Auto Aftermarket Expo (AAAExpo) to showcase its dedication and commitment to the local automotive industry.
A global technology company, ZF says it is a valued partner to the local industry, due in part to its existing OE partnerships with global vehicle manufacturers, and its broad product and service offering.
This is particularly prevalent in the automotive aftermarket, with ZF focused on expanding its offerings for hybrid and electric vehicles.
In a nod to the event’s theme of ‘The Future is Here,’ ZF in Oceania will be promoting its ZF [pro]Tech concept, as part of ZF’s ongoing commitment to workshops across Oceania.
With the complexity of the modern motor vehicle, it is becoming a challenge for independent workshops to stay on top of all the latest technical information.
ZF [pro]Tech provides a simple intuitive online portal, with quick access to technical information, including installation instructions, OE service information, as well as online training.
It also details repair reference times, torque specs, and whether special tools are required.
The information available via [pro]Tech covers ZF and its brands, as well as updated OE manufacturer service campaigns covering the whole vehicle (not just ZF products).
ZF [pro]tech is for automotive workshops and wholesalers, as well as ZF’s own service network.
Also showcased on ZF’s stand will be the latest products from ZF and its family of brands – ZF transmission products, LEMFÖRDER steering and suspension components, SACHS shock absorbers and clutches, TRW braking, and suspension products from WABCO.
Motor racing legend, Craig Lowndes, will also be appearing on the ZF stand in his role as ZF Product and Technical Expert.
As part of its commitment to the futureproofing the local aftermarket, and enabling the next generation of mobility, ZF in Oceania has also partnered with AAAA for a new industry excellence award.
The inaugural ‘Automotive Education Excellence Award’ recognises teaching organisations, trainers, and educators who are achieving excellence in automotive education – and this year, it will be proudly sponsored by ZF.
AAAExpo is on from April 11-13 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. ZF in Oceania will be located at Stand K2.
